Return Window
You may return items within 30 days of delivery if they meet our return or exchange eligibility requirements.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- For damaged items or incorrect shipments, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Please note: if a Bathroom Vanity is damaged due to self-handling or installation, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
Return & Exchange Process

- We will provide a return shipping address and a return label that you can download and print.
- Ship the item back to us following the instructions on the return label.
Refund Processing
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 10–15 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Restocking Fee & Shipping Costs
- There is no restocking fee for returned items.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
