1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in 3–5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after shipment.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, including PayPal checkout and credit/debit cards processed through PayPal.
4. Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are securely processed through PayPal using encrypted systems.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders $60 and over qualify for free shipping. Orders under $60 have a $9.99 shipping fee.
6. Can I return my order?
Yes. You can return items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Bathroom Vanities cannot be returned or exchanged if damaged due to self-handling or installation.
- To return, contact us for a return label and instructions.
7. What if my item is damaged or wrong?
If an item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We will offer a replacement or a full refund.
- For other returns, items must meet the standard return conditions listed above.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
9. What if I enter the wrong address?
Please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after shipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.
